ORIGINAL REPLY: Joe the owner here, I'm sorry you're not having a great experience with us, I've been in touch with you on email to try and explain but you refuse to read the developer's report, look at your theme code, or read the facts and case studies I've provided. I don't understand this logic, but I'll try to explain here again.
You ordered the lazy loading service and the developer completed that service with excellence. He also showed that it cleared the lazy loading warnings + reduced your page weight and number of requests + made your pages load faster.
This is exactly what we advertise in the service.
We also clearly stated that we can't guarantee a score increase on the tool of your choice because in some cases (like Google PSI), the score doesn't correlate to actual speed, fluctuates regularly, and isn't tied exactly to a specific service.
